Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed.
All purchases will be shipped using fully insured and delivery confirmed shipping service.
A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm shipment of your purchase.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are accepted for up to 30 days after your purchase. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs when returning an item. Refunds will be issued after the product has been returned.
After 30 days, you may exchange your purchase for another item of equal or lesser value. Exchanges will be accepted for up to 60 days after purchase.
All exchanges and returns must be in the same condition in which they were originally sent. All items that have been damaged by the consumer will not be accepted for return or exchange.
In the event that products are damaged during shipping, Sojourn Gallery will either refund the customer, or resend a replacement product free of shipping and replacement charges.
